Format:

• Individual course – live or remotely via the Zoom platform.

• Duration: 1 month. If necessary, longer breaks between sessions can be taken, thus extending the duration of the course.

• Structure: 5 consultations, each lasting from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the situation, the method used, the request and the pace of work.

• Additional support: You can consult via private messages throughout the process (weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm). You can share your insights, feelings, and ask any questions you may have.

Important information about registration!

Due to the intensive work with each client , I can only accept 3 people per month , so the number of places is limited.

• If the start time is important to you , I recommend that you send an email request and inquire about a possible start date before purchasing the service.

• If a specific start time is not a priority for you , the course will be started in the order in which it is scheduled – you will be added to the waiting list. After purchasing the service, you will be contacted and the nearest possible meeting time will be arranged.

It is important to note that the course does not take place in a fixed calendar period (from 1 to 30 days), but on a rolling schedule ("snake") - when one participant completes the program, another takes their place, thus ensuring a consistent and individual process.
